Our prices are clear and there aren't hidden costs!
The price includes electricity, water and gas, air conditioning/heating, final cleaning and weekly change of linen. It is available also on request a cheap taxi service from Catania airport to the apartment.

On August the minimum stay is one week, in other periods the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Our guests will have a warm reception and they'll receive with the keys of the apartment the map of Syracuse, the map of province and some advice about restaurants, supermarkets, park, etc.

On booking a deposit of 20% is request. The remaining amount will be payed in cash on arrival. On arrival a deposit of 150 euros is request and it will be returned at the end of the stay if there isn't any damage.

The price may be reduced depending on the amount of notice we have, the length of the booking, etc.
