The holiday accomodation Arezzo is in the heart of the historic centre of Syracuse (Ortigia) in a little and charming street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral and the Duomo square are 300 metres away. The open-air market and the parking are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Syracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can go to swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away and 600 meters far from the apartment on summer there is a fully equipped beach (lido Maniace) too!

The apartment is about 40 m², it's on the first floor and it's composed of a bedroom (with a double bed), a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.). The apartment is safe and very nice inside. The bathroom was completely renovated recently.
At second floor there is a secluded and sunny roof terrace (40 mq about) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc available only for you.
